In the kitchen, our passionate Chef de Cuisine, combines wonderful freshness and quality of the produce of this generous terroir to propose delicate and tasty cooking which is entirely "homemade".

An opportunity to discover succulent regional specialties such as the Champenoise fondue with Langres and Chaource cheeses, “homemade” foie gras or steak tartar. To accompany and enhance all the flavors of these dishes, a beautiful wine list, of course. Children, meanwhile, will enjoy a menu dedicated to them and, upon prior request, our chef makes dishes adapted to the gluten-free diets.

Our Chef also proposes menus as part of the outside catering service to ensure the success of your event: family receptions (wedding, birthday ...), organization of business meals, sports stopovers ... organized on site (total capacity of 140) or which can be delivered to another address.

The privileged location of our hotel in southern Champagne proposes a gourmet stopover ideal for coaches who find will enjoy a personalized welcome during a "stop lunch" or gourmet menu depending on their budget and time constraints.
